Returns & Refunds: For your order to be eligible for a refund/exchange/return, you MUST include picture proof of something wrong with the package & a picture of the weight that was effected, VIA the contact page on our website, or by emailing support@ocoeebotanicals.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PACKAGE BEING MARKED DELIVERED BY THE USPS!  PLEASE ALSO NOTE FOR OUR HEMP FLOWER: IF ANY AMOUNT/WEIGHT OF THE PRODUCT IS INGESTED/CONSUMED/USED, WE CAN NOT DO A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND.
