as defined by the Agriculture Improvement Act (2018 Farm Bill) because THCA sold at Ocoee Botanicals is tested by a DEA certified lab & resulted to have a concentration of less than .3% D9 THC by dry weight.

Will THCA Get You High?

although THCA in its original state is not psychoactive, in order for it to be psychoactive it must be turned into THC through a process called decarboxylation. Decarboxylation can occur through heat, (by means of smoking or putting it in the oven), exposure to oxygen, & even naturally over time THCA will degrade into THC.
